Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Watchup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Watchup provides real-time application monitoring, stack trace extraction, error tracking, and uptime alerts via Email, Slack, and Telegram. We aim for high availability but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. Subscription and Fees
Usage of certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription is paid for, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to partial use of the service or early cancellation.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Watchup is not liable for data breaches resulting from compromised API keys.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or to monitor services that you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor. Any attempt to reverse engineer the monitoring agent or disrupt our infrastructure will result in immediate termination.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service involves the collection of technical data from your applications. By using Watchup, you acknowledge that we may process logs, stack traces, and performance metrics as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Watchup is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that monitoring will be 100% accurate or that alerts will always be delivered instantaneously. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss experienced by your monitored applications.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
